US Shipping

Watch N Move is designed for United States customers. Free standard shipping applies to all orders. Final shipping methods, rates, excluded locations, and delivery estimates should be confirmed in checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before carrier pickup. Processing may take longer during peak periods or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Returns

Eligible unworn products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products should be returned in their original condition with packaging and included accessories when applicable.

Return Condition

• Do not engrave or permanently modify a watch you intend to return.
• Keep original packaging and accessories.
• Use the return instructions supplied by the store.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a brief description. Photos may be requested so we can resolve the issue quickly.
